1. Why must I fill out a new subscription form just to change my address or other personal contact information? We ask that you fill out a subscription form when you change locations, or when your name, title, or company name has changed, so that we can re-verify that your responsibilities still meet the requirements established by the publisher for a FREE subscription. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for address changes/corrections to take effect. Contact your local post office regarding misdirected issues during this time. Please allow 24 hours for these changes to be seen online. |

2. Do I need to enter ALL of my contact information? You can enter your subscription number to enable the form to show your current contact information. Please refer to the sample label on the form - the subscription number is highlighted in yellow. If you do not know your subscription number, then you must enter your complete contact information. |

3. Why would I not qualify for a FREE subscription? Free subscriptions to many Questex Asia' publications are available only to those who meet certain demographic criteria established by the publisher for that specific publication. The publisher reserves the right to limit the number of qualified subscribers or reject any incomplete or unqualified requests. |
